White mineral oil is a clear liquid carrier that can also be found in a wide variety of cosmetics, personal care and household products. A carrier does just what it sounds like - it helps carry a product to a surface by thinning or thickening the formula or simply ensuring even distribution of the other ingredients in the formula. We use white mineral oil because without a carrier, the product would not work with the same consistency across a surface. White mineral oil can also be used as a cleaning agent, or "surfactant", that removes dust, dirt and soils, or as a stabiliser that helps maintain a product formula when exposed to air, light or heat, or as a defoaming agent that helps reduce the formation of foam to avoid defects on surface coating post-use.

Naphtha (petroleum), Hydrotreated Light is a cleaning agent that can also be found in paints and varnishes. We use it in our products to remove dirt and deposits by surrounding dirt particles to loosen them from the surface they're attached to, so they can be rinsed away. Naphtha (petroleum), Hydrotreated Light can also be used as a carrier within our products. It helps carry a product to a surface by thinning or thickening the formula, or simply ensuring even distribution of the other ingredients in the formula. Without a carrier, the formula would not work with the same consistency across a surface.

Glycerin is a moisturiser that can also be found in personal care products such as skin lotion. It works by drawing water in and forming a barrier on a surface to help retain moisture. We use glycerin in products to prevent the product from drying out and breaking apart.

Nitrogen is a propellant used to dispense a product from a container. Nitrogen is a non-flammable, non-VOC compressed gas. It makes up more than 75% of the air we breathe.

Sorbitan Oleate is an emulsifier that can also be found in moisturisers, hair-styling products and soaps. It helps bind ingredients together and keep a formula from separating. In fragranced products, it also helps ensure even distribution of the fragrance. We add emulsifiers to our products, where needed, to ensure that our products provide the same performance use after use.
